The Indonesia Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA) is the official online single-entry visa for tourism, business, family visits, government visits, and transit. It allows a 30-day stay on arrival, 90 days of validity from the date of issue, and one in-country extension for another 30 days.

The eVOA is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, which is your window to enter Indonesia. Once you arrive, you can stay 30 days. Single entry. Extendable once in-country for another 30 days, taking total stay to 60 days.

The eVOA is fully active at Ngurah Rai (Bali / DPS) and Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta / CGK). It is also accepted at Yogyakarta (YIA), Surabaya (SUB), Lombok (LOP), Manado, Medan, Batam, Bintan, and the other authorised entry points across the country.

The standard eVOA is single entry. If you leave Indonesia during your trip, you'll need a fresh eVOA to re-enter. For frequent travellers, Indonesia offers other visa categories (B211A, multi-entry business, KITAS); we focus on the single-entry eVOA which covers most tourism and short business needs.

Yes. The eVOA can be extended once in-country for another 30 days, taking total stay to 60 days. Extensions require an online filing plus an in-person biometric appointment at a local Indonesian immigration office. We can help organise the extension when you're ready.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all process cleanly in USD via a US-based payment processor. Domestic-only methods (iDEAL, FPS, AlipayHK, Mada) are not supported; use the co-branded Visa or Mastercard on the same account instead.

No, they are separate. The eVOA is your entry visa to Indonesia. The Bali Tourism Levy is a separate IDR 150,000 (approximately $10 USD) fee charged by the province of Bali to all international visitors. We do not collect or process the levy. Pay it directly at lovebali.baliprov.go.id before you fly, or at the DPS arrival kiosk.
