Yes. The eVOA is extendable once for another 30 days at any local Indonesian Immigration office (Kantor Imigrasi). You should start the extension at least 7 days before your initial 30 days run out. Total maximum stay across the original visa plus extension is 60 days.

Small date changes are usually fine. The eVOA stays valid for 90 days from issue, so as long as your new arrival falls inside that 90-day window, you can use the same approval. Outside the window, you would need a new eVOA.

Yes. Bring at least one printed copy. Most airlines verify the printed eVOA at check-in before issuing your boarding pass. Indonesian Immigration on arrival can also scan the printed QR code or the digital copy on your phone, but a paper backup is safest.

No. Everything is billed in USD through a US-based payment processor. Your card issuer should not add a forex fee, because the merchant is a US company and the transaction is in USD. No surprise conversion markups, no IDR, no hidden FX.

Indonesian Immigration may ask for proof of onward travel and accommodation, especially for tourism trips. We do not require flight or hotel proofs at the application step, but you should have them booked for airline check-in and your arrival interview at Indonesian Immigration.
