No, they are separate. The eVOA is your entry visa to Indonesia. The Bali Tourism Levy is a separate IDR 150,000 (approximately $10 USD) fee charged by the Bali provincial government. We do not collect or process the levy. Pay it at lovebali.baliprov.go.id before flying or at the airport on arrival.

Yes. The eVOA can be extended once in-country for another 30 days, total stay 60 days. Extensions require an online filing plus an in-person biometric appointment at a local Indonesian immigration office. We can organise the extension when you are ready.
